These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use this website and any related pages, register for or attend a masterclass, webinar or replay, join a community group, book a call, or buy a programme from us (together, the "Services").
By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nyx Markets provides educational content about the physical oil and commodities market and the role of independent intermediaries within it. This includes free live and recorded masterclasses, written and video content, and paid education and mentoring programmes.

Attending a masterclass or joining a programme does not create any employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship between you and Nyx Markets. It also does not guarantee access to any deal, counterparty, supplier or buyer.

We make no guarantee, promise or representation that you will earn any money by using the Services or applying anything you learn from them.
Any reference to commissions, deal sizes, transaction values or income, whether on this website, in our advertising, masterclasses, emails, messages or calls, is for illustration only. Such references are not typical and are not a promise or prediction of what you will achieve. Most people who learn about this industry do not close a deal. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Community groups: if you join a WhatsApp or other group we run, your name and number may be visible to other members. Please follow any group rules we publish. We may remove anyone who breaches them.
Paid programmes are governed by these Terms and by any separate programme agreement, order form or checkout terms presented to you when you buy. If there is any conflict, the programme agreement takes priority.
Prices, payment plans, what is included, and cancellation and refund rights are set out at the point of sale. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Where you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every scheduled payment. We may suspend access for missed payments.
All content in the Services, including videos, slides, recordings, frameworks, methods, templates, text, graphics, logos and the Nyx Markets name, is owned by or licensed to Nyx Markets and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download (unless we enable it), share, resell, publish or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

The Services use and may link to third-party platforms, such as webinar, scheduling, messaging, payment and video providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyx Markets and its directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the Services or from any transaction or activity you undertake.
Our total liability to you in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100 if you have paid nothing.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify Nyx Markets against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or any transaction or dealing you undertake with third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms, together with any programme agreement you sign, form the entire agreement between you and Nyx Markets regarding the Services.
