A broker only ever does three things. Bruno walks through all three using one real deal — forty-nine thousand tonnes of diesel, thirty-four million dollars, start to finish.
You find a buyer and a seller, and you prove they're real. Finding offers is the easy part — get on LinkedIn and into a few trading groups and you could have offers in your inbox by the end of the week. The problem is that most of them aren't real. A copy of a copy, forwarded through eight people, none of whom have ever spoken to the seller. Bruno shows you the checks that kill a fake deal in four minutes instead of three weeks.
You get both sides to agree. Not just on price — that's the easy half. On procedure. The buyer won't show his money until he's seen the product. The seller won't show the product until he's seen the money. Neither of them is being difficult; both have been robbed before. This is where almost every deal in this market dies, and you'll watch exactly how it gets unstuck.
You run the documents in the right order, the money moves, and you get paid. On this cargo that's twenty-five to fifty thousand dollars in commission — and you'll see exactly which document is the only reason it's yours. Then you do it again with the same two people, which is where this stops being a deal and starts being a business.

About Bruno
Founder of Nyx Markets, a physical commodities brokerage trading refined product and crude across four continents. Cargoes from twenty-five thousand tonnes of diesel up to half-million-barrel crude lots.
Bruno Smith runs a live brokerage desk. In under three years the operation has produced $8.3 million in brokered profit, across cargoes loading and discharging in Rotterdam, Houston, Fujairah and West Africa.
He did not come from commodities. He built a technology company and sold it, then moved to the Middle East and raised a venture capital fund… which is where he first heard, from investor after investor, that the real money was in physical commodities rather than anything he was being pitched.
He learned the industry the expensive way. Over a million dollars in losses across eighteen months, including a hundred thousand wired against storage tanks that turned out not to exist, and a commission frozen for thirteen months over a single missing bank document.
Every one of those losses came down to the same thing. Finding a deal is worthless. Proving it is the entire job.
What came out of that is the infrastructure the desk runs on now… a fixed verification sequence that proves product, storage and counterparty before anyone moves; legal templates that make a commission enforceable across jurisdictions; and the banking relationships required to clear an institutional wire, which took eighteen months of closed deals to earn.
It holds up under pressure. Where a counterparty has tried to withhold commission, the firm has enforced through international arbitration three times, and won all three. And the system is not personal to him… he has trained brokers with no commodities background at all to run live transactions on it, one of whom now runs the desk.
This masterclass is the first time that system is being shown publicly… the method, one real cargo, and every document in the order it happens. It's free, and there's no buy button at the end of it.
Before You Register
Yes. Ninety minutes, live, no charge and no card. There's no checkout and no buy button on the session. If you want to take what you learn and go and do it entirely on your own, that's a completely legitimate outcome and Bruno will tell you as much on the call.
No. There are two oil markets running side by side and almost everybody outside the industry has only ever seen one of them. The first is the ticker on the screen — that's speculation, and you were right to stay away from it. The second is physical: actual product, in actual tanks, on actual ships, moving between actual companies who need it. A broker in that market never takes a position and never owns the product. You're paid on the movement, not the direction.
None. Zero, at any stage. A broker who puts his own money into a deal has made the most expensive mistake this industry offers — Bruno made it, and it cost him a hundred thousand dollars.
Bruno didn't either. Getting access is the single biggest thing standing between an outsider and this market. The masterclass covers exactly where buyers and sellers are found, and what to do about the fact that most of the offers you'll see aren't real.
Good. Charm and pushing for a decision are exactly what a serious buyer or seller screens out, because that's how the fakes behave. What they respond to is accurate information and proof you've done your checks. You've been doing that for a decade already.
So does almost everybody this is built for. The work is a phone and a laptop across time zones where nobody expects an instant reply. This industry moves slowly on purpose, and that's the single thing that makes it possible around a career.
No. This is one of the few markets left where being older helps you. What it's paying for is judgement and the nerve to ask the awkward question when everyone else in the room wants the deal to go through. Age isn't the deciding factor. Appetite is.
No. The deal being walked through is a real transaction and it's being shown live for that reason. Register for a time you can actually attend.
